The presented line processes the product from the mould in the same time as the mold is able to supply parts. It inserts 4 axis, 4 membranes into a mold, the gear housing over moulds them, the housing is then transferred to the assembly machine, where an O-ring seal is slipped over the axes into its groove, a damper, a washer and bush bearing is inserted into the gear box housing on an index table assembly machine.
The finished parts are laser marked and send over a chute to cardboard boxes. The cardboard boxes are automatically replaced until a buffer is filled.
