Rectangular Connector Equipment
The machine inserts power pins into connector insulator bodies. The power pin equipped insulators are fed into a follow-up machine, where the connector manufacturing and testing process is finished.
If power pins are not required the machine is used as automatic feeding equipment.
1-Head Stitching Machine
The plastic bodies are delivered from the bowl feeder and then inserted to the work piece pallet automatically. After that machine makes the stitching of the pins into the plastic body, checking by pattern, electrical testing, unloading from the pallets, marking by printer and packaging to the plastic tubes.
Programmable 2-head Stitching Machine
Different pins from up to 8 reels can be fed into the machine. Two stitching heads insert the pins into the housing with a speed of 200ms/pin.
