Head Light Assembly Fix Press
The machine is a module in a manufacturing line for assembling headlights. The operator inserts two special adjusting screws into a holder, the lower part of the headlight enclosure, the body is put over the screws, then pads are put over the screws. An air cylinder assembly presses the pads to the screws thereby fixing them to the headlight body. The headlight body is supported by a fixture.
Head Light Assembly Lens Press
The machine presses the lens onto the body and two screws are driven from the body side into the lens. At first the operator puts the lens into the upper fixture. Then he puts the body and the screws into the lower fixture. The safety enclosure goes down, the air cylinder presses the lens to the body and the screwdriver drives the screws into the lens. The enclosure goes up and the assembly is taken out.

Head Light Assembly Shade Press
The machine presses the shade onto the body. At first the operator puts the shade into the upper fixture. The safety enclosure goes down, the air cylinder presses the shade to the body. The enclosure goes up and the assembly is taken out.
