The robotic cell provides the following operations:
- Automatic clamp of HVAC unit into a jig
- Automatic screw feeding to the robots hand pick up position
- Tightening 8 screws of the handle by a DENSO scara robot
- Checking of screw tightening torque and screw head position.
Cycle time 28sec per HVAC.
