LUX - single purpose machines, assembly lines and automation

The machine makes the flameproof finishing of the tantalum powder with the binding material. The machine works as the continuous furnace with heating of the chest and spiral tube. The operator fills-in the tantalum powder with the binding material to the entrance chute and makes the depletion of the mixture.

The furnace cures the silver solution on the capacitor anodes. The operator loads the basket filled with anodes onto the conveyor. The baskets goes through all the sections of the furnace and then the operator unloads them at the end.

This machine is uses for continuous washing and drying of the anodes after forming.

• When the silver drops touch the blade, excess silver is removed.

• The dipping depth can be accurately selected for a range of anode sizes.
• The anode frames are transferred into the drying chambers.
• A conveyor belt feeds the frames to the out-feed stage where it can be interfaced to the next machine.

The universal pre-tester is intended for the forming and basic measurement of tantalum capacitors, for cropping out the defective capacitors and fuse foil strips insertion. Operator loads leadframes in the magazines into the XY magazine table. Leadframes are measured in the palettes, pushed out from the pallets (at the end of pallet conveyer), defective parts are cropped and fuse-strips are inserted.

The machine cuts out the marked NOK capacitors from lead frame. The products LF are loading to the inserting magazine and unloading from exit magazine.

The machine excises capacitor chips from lead frames, bends the leads to make a SMD component, measures the electric parameters, sorts and tapes the components into tolerance groups, ejects the rejected parts into bins.
