Handler D2PAK 3/5LD KC02
The machine contacts and measures components encased in the D2 PAK with either 3 or 5 leads. After evaluating the tester measurements, the parts are sorted into good and rejected pieces.
Handler TO220 3/5LD KC03
The machine contacts and measures components encased in the TO220 (3 or 5 leads). The machine has two feed-in device options:
- tubes – 50 parts/tube
- bowl – feeders
After evaluating the test results the parts are sorted into good and rejected ones. The good parts are laser marked and packed again into tubes.

TO220/D2Pak Trimming and Forming Machine
The machine cuts the leads of TO220 devices to the length needed for the D2Pak case and bends the leads to D2Pak specifications. The finished product is a D2Pak device.
