Laser Welder
The machine welds with a high power laser two round metal parts. The welding process is monitored by camera. Different interchangeable nests can take up a range of part sizes. The equipment is completely shielded to avoid that any laser radiation gets out of the machine. One operators loads the other one unloads the parts.
Room Temperature Vulcanizing Machine
The machine dispenses silicon for sealing sensors. 4 sensors are sealed in one process. Parts loading and unloading is done manually.
Final Assembly Machine
The machine consists of two units. One operator loads the parts, the second operator assembles the parts, a checking station verifies the assembled part. Then the sensor case is crimped under a press. A third operator unloads the finished part.
